2. holders of a special permit according to § 40 Para. 4 WaffG of the Federal Criminal Police Office

1. prior consent of the recipient country or
2. the exemption to the prior consent of the receiving state or
3. a legal regulation (including the full text of the law), which is why prior consent is not required.

A translation by a publicly appointed or sworn interpreter or translator should only be provided if specifically requested by the EU Intelligence Service.
